AMAZING cookbook!The recipes are super delicious and very easy to make!

Easy Pantry Staple MealsCategorized as dump and go and those requiring more prep or overnight soaking- with tips on how to skip those if you wait to think about dinner until late afternoon like me。 Recipes are easy to follow and use ingredients that are more common in a vegan kitchen but easy to find otherwise。 There are a lot of pasta recipes in here that I have not tried so I cannot speak to whether those are a goopy mess or not。 Perhaps I’ll get brave and try one。
